From Sunday forenoon snow and wind can locally cause blowing snow on western mountain roads. The precipitation is expected to turn to rain later in southern parts. 
    Reduced visibility. Local driving conditions may become difficult due to snow accumulating on the road. Expect convoys and/or closed roads on short notice.
