It is as if there is a barrier around Marlboro County keeping the rain away. Only 0.19" of rain this month.
We really need some rain.

Here in this low area I live, my humidity runs a bit higher. This creates a micro-climate where the heat index runs a good bit higher in the day. Especially when there is no movement of wind. That is the beauty of weather. It can be so specific to an area less than a square mile..

Clears skies and low humidity are making the days great. Looks like they will continue for at least the next several days. Could use a little rain though..

Here at Cottingham Creek we got about 1.5" of snow..the vast majority of which fell before 9am.
