We seem to be grinding to a halt. WU has become almost like a ghost town.

Never Mind - I intend to hang in here until the very end! Then I will let off several fireworks and toast everyone's health with a glass of amber nectar, whilst singing Auld Lang Syne!

I have opened a Flickr group called "The WU Survivor Group".


Wunderground has been our home for 12 years.

Many of us have been together since 2005. As Wabit said.....

We have laughed and cried and everything in between here .. we have worried about each other and had great joy at each others good news .. especially new family members and grand children .. We have also cried when a member has lost a loved one...

Sun and Moon :)

Many amateur photographers, as well as the professionals, have been looking heavenwards this week, trying to capture the 'supermoon' .

Those of us in the UK were worried that the clouds would cover the moon on Monday night, obscuring the moon, but we were lucky and the moon put in an appearance about 8:30pm.

As the moon was already at about 35% to the horizon the 'super' size was not as noticeable, but it was definitely brig...
