... Areas of dense fog across the Upper Green river basin this
morning...

Areas of fog will be encountered across the Upper Green river
basin through late morning. The worst conditions are expected
between Sand Draw and Pinedale where visibility could be a tenth
of a mile in spots. Motorists are urged to slow down, use low
beam headlights when fog is encountered so others can see you, and
be aware roads could be still slick in spots from snowfall Friday
night and Saturday. The fog is expected to improve between 10 and
11 am in most locations.
