* what... mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
of 3 to locally 5 inches and ice accumulations of a light
glaze are expected through Friday morning.

For Saturday afternoon into Saturday night, total snow
accumulations of 4 to 7 inches and minor ice accumulations are
possible.

* Where... Taylor and Clark counties.

* When... for the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
to 9 am CST Friday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday
evening through late Saturday night.

* Additional details... the snow and ice will result in difficult
travel conditions, including during the Friday morning commute.
Also, be prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Travel
could also be impacted Saturday afternoon through Saturday
night.
