Essex, Prince George, Charles City, Sussex and Southampton
* When... until 4 am EST Monday.
* Additional details... travel will remain very hazardous overnight
as roads will remain snow or slushed covered and be potentially
impassable or closed for a time. Gusty winds in combination with
an accumulation of snow may result in downed tree limbs and
isolated power outages.
