Flood Warning

The National Weather Service in Memphis TN has issued a

* Flood Warning for
the Tennessee River at Savannah
* from Wednesday April 25 until Friday April 27.
* At 02 PM Tuesday the stage was... 368.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Maximum forecast stage of 370.5 feet on Thursday April 26.
* Flood stage is 370.0 feet.
At 370.0 feet, Coffee Landing Road is flooding just north of Beason
creek and toward Box Elder drive. Campsites just north of the mouth
of Beason creek are flooding. Box Elder drive is flooded. Access to
sites along bargeview Lane is cut off. Diamond Island drive is
flooded at Mud Creek just west of gammill Slough Road. West end of
Cross Pond Road is flooding. Slough just east of wilkenson Ferry
drive across the river from satillo is beginning to flood..

The flood advisory continues for
the Tennessee River at Clifton
* until further notice.
* Flood stage is 370.0 feet.
* At 368.0 feet... in Perry County, water reaches the low lying portions of
access roads in the Peters Landing area.
* At 367.0 feet... in Wayne County, water inundates the boat launch areas and
portions of access roads in the Beech Lake campground on Beech Lake Road.
* At 366.0 feet... in Hardin County, water inundates low lying agricultural areas
and access roads in the Cobb farm area of Nance Bend, including senator Cobb
Road and colonel Hardin Road.
* At 365.0 feet... in Decatur County, low lying areas of the riverstone Marina
become inundated.
* At 364.5 feet... in Decatur County, water begins to inundate portions of Scenic
Lane in the Russ farm area and access may be limited to some houses along the
river.
* At 364.0 feet... in Wayne County, in the Beech Creek area water begins to
inundate low lying areas on the north end of Beechview drive and the Beech
Lake campground on Beech Lake Road. In Hardin County, water begins to inundate
the low lying areas of Cobb farm in Nance Bend.

* Flood stage is 365.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river will rise to near 364.1 feet Thursday April
26.
* At 364.0 feet... in Perry County, evacuation Road to boat launch and
camping area at end of Deer Creek Lake Road begins to flood.
