Special Statement
Issued: 7:47 PM EST Dec. 10, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Patchy black ice possible early Tuesday...

As precipitation ends late tonight, temperature will fall near to
just below freezing into early Tuesday. Already wet Road-ways may
refreeze in spots, to produce patches of dangerous black ice.
While widespread ice coverage is not expected, be particularly
cautious traversing bridges and overpasses. Any overpass that
involves even a slight curve should be approached very carefully.
