gusting as high as 30 mph already causing areas of blowing and
drifting snow near the Continental Divide will expand east
across the plains tonight. The dangerously cold wind chills as
low as 35 below zero on Sunday could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 10 minutes.
