Flood Warning
Issued: 9:51 PM CST Jan. 23, 2019 – National Weather Service

The Flood Warning continues for
the St. Francis river near Patterson
* until Thursday afternoon.
* At 9:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 16.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 17.0 feet by
early Thursday morning. The river will fall below flood stage
Thursday late morning.
* Impact... at 16.0 feet... minor flooding occurs affecting mainly
bottomland and surrounding low lying areas.

... A few slick spots tonight...

In the wake of widespread precipitation, cold air continues to
overspread the region tonight. Where roads are still wet after
temperatures drop below freezing, some slippery spots are likely
tonight.

Gusty winds will help to dry off most of the Road surfaces, but
any puddles will freeze.

Please use caution tonight and early Thursday, especially on
untreated driveways and parking lots.
