For the Jacks Fork at Alley Spring. ... for the Jacks Fork at Alley
Spring...
* at 9:30 PM Wednesday the stage was 4.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will rise above flood stage by tomorrow
morning and continue to rise to near 9.5 feet by tomorrow late
morning. The river will fall below flood stage by tomorrow early
afternoon.
* Impact... at 9.0 feet... flood stage. Water impacts Alley Spring
Campground. Water is one foot in depth at the 600, 800 and 900 loop
Camp sites.

... A Flood Warning remains in effect until 1115 am CDT Thursday for
Ozark... Shannon... Douglas... Wright... Dent... Taney... Howell... Texas
and Oregon counties...

At 931 PM CDT, the Department of Transportation reported several
flooded low water crossings across the warned area. Rainfall amounts
of near two to around three inches have fallen since early Wednesday.

Streams and low water crossings will be especially susceptible to
the dangers of flooding.

This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water
crossings...
Route E north of Highway 38 at the Gasconade river...
Route ff at Hunter Creek east of Ava...
Route h, 3 miles east of Winona...
Route ff at Turkey Creek east of Ava...
and Highway 142 at the Spring River west of Lanton.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
