... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Saturday afternoon
through late Saturday night...

* what... snow occurring tonight with a brief period of freezing
drizzle possible late tonight. Heavy snow possible Saturday
night. Snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulations
of a light glaze tonight, with another 6 to 12 inches of snow
possible late Saturday afternoon through Saturday night.

* Where... portions of central, south central, southwest and west
central Minnesota.

* When... for the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 am CST Friday.
For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday afternoon through
late Saturday night.

* Additional details... be prepared for reduced visibilities at
times. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will cause patchy
blowing and drifting snow.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
