will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.

* Where... Northwest Aroostook, northeast Aroostook, northern
Somerset, northern Piscataquis, northern Penobscot, central
Piscataquis and southern Piscataquis counties.

* When... from 7 am this morning to 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* Additional details... plan on areas of poor visibilities and
slick roadways to create difficult travel conditions at times.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will cause areas of blowing
and drifting snow.
