The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* portions of east central Kentucky, south central Kentucky, and
southeast Kentucky, including the following areas, in east
central Kentucky, Bath, Estill, Menifee, Montgomery, and
Powell. In south central Kentucky, Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski,
Rockcastle, Wayne, and Whitley. In southeast Kentucky, Bell,
Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee,
Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, and
Wolfe.

* Until 8 PM EDT this evening

* rounds of showers and thunderstorms will occur through this
evening in areas that received heavy rainfall the previous
couple of days.

* Excessive rains may cause localized incidents of flooding
through this evening.
