The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
central Grayson County in central Kentucky...
southwestern Hardin County in central Kentucky...
south central Breckinridge County in central Kentucky...

* until 1230 am EDT/1130 PM CDT/.

* At 1155 PM EDT/1055 PM CDT/, severe thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 10 miles north of Leitchfield to 13
miles southwest of Hardinsburg, moving east at 45 mph.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
Leitchfield, Clarkson, Caneyville, Concord, Saint Paul, Tousey,
Pine Knob, Black Rock, Tar Hill and Duff.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

... A line of strong thunderstorms will affect Hart... northeastern
Butler... Grayson... northeastern Barren... east central Ohio and
northern Edmonson counties...

At 1116 PM CDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 12 miles east of Hartford to 11 miles
southeast of Leitchfield to 11 miles southwest of Greensburg.
Movement was southeast at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Leitchfield, Hartford, Munfordville, Monroe, Beaver Dam, Horse Cave,
Caneyville, Bonnieville, Steff and Cub Run.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
