... Strong winds late this afternoon and evening...

Strong west wind gusts of 30 to 40 mph with isolated gusts to 50
mph will be seen across central Indiana this evening. These winds
will shift to northwest as a cold front passes through the area.
Windy conditions will persist through at least midnight before
dropping off some.

The strong winds will cause travel difficulty for high profile
vehicles. Unsecured outdoor objects will also be be blown around.

central Indiana late this afternoon as a pressure gradient
increases across the area. These winds will shift to northwesterly
as a cold front passes through the area this evening, but gusts
around 30 to 40 mph will remain through at least midnight before
dropping off some.

The strong winds will cause travel difficulty for high profile
vehicles. Unsecured outdoor objects will also be be blown around.
