drifting snow. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility at times, though the lowest visibility is expected to
be sporadic and brief. The hazardous conditions could impact the
morning commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

visibilities will be limited due to strong winds blowing snow
around. Use caution when traveling, especially in open areas.
