for the islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe, the Central Valley of Maui,
as well as on The Big Island over and downwind of the Kohala
Mountains and from Volcano to South Point.
* Timing... until Monday evening.
* Impacts... winds this strong can knock down tree branches,
cause car doors to slam, and result in sporadic power outages.
